Spark is a global movement that opens pathways to new employment for young people.There is little support for students and entrepreneurs in regions affected by conflict, climate change or displacement. Even when education is available, it is hard, if not impossible, for motivated and talented young people to access the labor market. In particular Spark aims to make a difference for refugees and women. With the intention that they can study, work and grow their own businesses in fragile communities. Their success brings stability to where it is needed most. We redesigned their website, focusing highly on information architecture and clarity throughout the whole process. Spark’s results speak for itself. They’ve created over twenty eight thousand jobs, trained more than hundred thousands of youngsters and provided more than twelve thousand scholarships.
